Trevor McCagherty

Chief McCagherty was the third member to be sworn in as Chief for the DRPS.
Fun Fact: The DRPS Honour Guard was formed in 1994 and was comprised of 30 members of the DRPS. The formation of the Guard was authorized by Chief McCagherty and approved by the Police Services Board.
After his retirement, he was the main architect and lead for the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police’s Executive Mentorship Program.
